Annotated findings

Every finding with its exact location in the conversation and a numbered summary, so your team can fix the source data or the system that produced it.

Level 2 · with your consent

Rewrite with before and after

Provance rewrites the conversations that need it. Your original is kept, the new version is checked again in full, and you get a before-and-after comparison. A rewrite uses four times the words of the conversations it covers, and starts only when that many words are available.

Currency
  • Annotated findings are free with every check. A consented rewrite uses four times the words.
  • A check that runs a little over your remaining words (up to 10% of the run or 50,000 words, whichever is smaller) still finishes; the difference comes from your next top-up or renewal.
  • Self-serve runs are up to 2 million words each. Prices exclude GST; 10% GST is added at checkout.

The evidence report states only what was actually done to your data and what was found, built from recorded results. It is evidence for your own assessment. It is not a certificate, and it does not state that your data or your system complies with any law or standard.

What is a word checked?

The Compliance Pack is priced by the words in the conversations it checks. Each word is de-identified, run through every applicable quality check and reviewed by the AI safety review. Annotated findings are free with the check. A rewrite, which you consent to, uses four times the words because the new version is fully re-checked.

Do you change my data?

Not unless you ask. A check reports findings with their exact locations. If you choose a rewrite, the original is kept, the new version is checked again in full, and you get a before-and-after comparison.
